WHOPPERS Spooky Lantern

Adult Supervision Required

Materials Needed:

• 14 oz. WHOPPERS Malted Milk Balls carton (empty)
• 2 sheets black construction paper
• glue stick or craft glue
• scissors or craft knife
• pencil
• light stick
• yarn, ribbon or pipe cleaner 12" in length

Directions:

Completely open the top of an empty WHOPPERS Malted Milk Balls carton, so that all four sides are straight up. Working one side at a time, cover completely with glue and press black construction paper from top to bottom with excess at the bottom. When sides are finished, fold excess to cover bottom. Draw windows and shapes on the sides. With adult supervision, use scissors or craft knife to follow the drawn patterns and cut out windows to allow the light to shine through. Tie ribbon or string to one end of light stick creating a loop to use as a handle. Hang light stick through the top leaving loop above top, close top, secure with tape or glue.
